Hi Len,
This is Kevin Taylor, the Former Players photographer from Leicestershire.
I just wanted you to know that l got your book on Saturday and read it in one go ! I have read many football auto/biographies over the years and without a doubt this is the best. Interesting, erudite, amusing, informative, honest and touching in parts - brilliant work, so well done to you. I look forward to seeing you at the next golf day,
All good wishes, Kevin
Hi Len,
I got my copy from Malcolm last week and I have now read it. All I can say is congratulations, it is a bloody good read. Stimulating, provocative, challenging and greatly descriptive. Well done!!!!! Looking forward to seeing you at the signing session in Sheffield.

Hi Len,
Just a quick note to say many thanks for a fantastic time at last night's book launch. I'm already into the book which I have to say is brilliant - over the years I've read countless autobiographies by former players and this one is up there with the best of them. I don't need to wish you good luck with sales because in my view 'Left Back In Time' is certain to be a best-seller.
Thanks again, Brian
Len,
You do not know me but my name is Paul Days, I too am an author on Sunderland AFC related books. I just thought I would drop you a line to let you know how much I enjoyed your autobiography. It is an excellent read and brings to life many memories of the football club. I particularly enjoyed the stories under Bomber Brown; he seemed like a right character! I hope the book is a big seller and admired the brutal honesty all told in a very good manner. Pleased too hear you made it back from Gaza in one piece!
Take care, Paul
